It’s a privilege to me to speak to you about my dreams for Canada. My country accepts freedom of speak and the right to say what you wish to say. Many people, COUNTRIES don’t even have the right to speak. Our history for many years have been fighting for rights, acceptance and respect, but little has changed. Still to this day colored Men and women are fighting for acceptance and respect.

I have a dream that women and children could walk down the streets of Afghanistan and not have to worry about being shot.

I have a dream that every human being would be treated with respect and would not be judged on their color of skin, sex or religion.

Could you imagine a world were no child would have to sleep a night hungry or alone. Were people could be okay with their sexuality and do not have to hide it BUT could embrace it.

MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. SAID IT BEST WHEN he said “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.”

Could you imagine if every person had the same equality, what our world would look like?

There wouldn’t be any starvation, poverty or self-harm.

My hopes are that bullying was a myth and that Racism was a joke.

The world today is a sad, selfish world that only cares about ones country.

Was isn’t it said by a wise man “ A person’s a person no matter how small.”

Then why are children working in sweatshops? Then why is it said that a children is dying from starvation ever 5 seconds…

1…2….3….4….5…

Their goes someone’s child.

I wish for a world were EVERY country holds hands for righteous and peace.

Where war was never existed and men and women only had mindless arguments

My dream is not hopeless and it isn’t impossible…

My dream WILL save lives.

So dream for a better dream. Be the change you wish to see in the world.
